When you have kit on hire, you need to be able to rely on it.

While we do our best to keep all our kit in perfect condition, the unfortunate fact is that even the very best and brand-new equipment does sometimes go faulty.
Because of this, we offer all dry-hire customers all the support that is reasonably practicle. This includes
Equipment Consumable Spares
All hires go out with a small quantity of consumable spares such as lamps
Equipment Spares
For items that have a higher chance of faults (like moving lights), we aim to provide one spare to every four items.
Training
For all dry-hires we offer basic explanatory training upon request and free-of-charge. However, we do expect hire customers to be competent with the equipment they are hiring.
Call Outs
Where equipment is not working at its optimum at no fault of the hirer, we will endevour to send out a technician to rectify any problems. Should the fault be due to use negligence this is a chargable services.
Technical Supervision Service
If you want additional reassurance or assistance with your event, we can also provide a technician who is skilled and experienced with the equipment you are hiring.
